Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florence, SC to create an exceptional shopping experience. You will embody our brand, share product knowledge with guests, and promote AE loyalty and channels.

Expect to move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while prioritizing guest satisfaction with integrity and teamwork. We value energetic, people-oriented individuals aged 16+, who can thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and bring their real self

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You have prior retail experience or familiarity with AE/Aerie products.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Contribute as a team player to get the job done with integrity.
