Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Cincinnati, OH. You will help guests enjoy a memorable shopping experience, share product details, and promote the AE loyalty program while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products. Prior retail exposure is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using a friendly, brand-focused approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and provide recommendations.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
