Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Humble, TX to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, represent the company values, and share product passion with guests.

In this role you’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll stay flexible across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while keeping guest satisfaction as priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
