Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and will help guests feel valued through personalized service. You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, representing the brand with energy and integrity while adhering to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail helpful.
• Able to engage with guests and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Representative of the brand with integrity and energy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team to ensure a smooth, positive store experience.
