Leap, Inc. is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to represent our boutique and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will engage customers with authentic brand storytelling, drive sales through thoughtful service, and support daily store operations from merchandising to opening/closing tasks. Flexibility to work varied shifts and lift up to 50 lbs is required, with opportunities for growth within the Leap platform.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and stories.
• Ability to open/close procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store goals by proactive engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain a customer-ready environment with merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, and daily operational priorities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, keyholder duties, and assigned tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and adapt to peak periods.
