Qualifications

• No specific education required (HS diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar retail role.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems and related retail software.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers with personalized conversation to understand needs and preferences.
• Use selling techniques and product features to influence buying decisions.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and share the Columbia Stories to boost loyalty.
• Merchandise products and restock to maintain full presentations and accessibility.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and promote loyalty programs.
• Support inventory accuracy by receiving and processing goods.
• Learn store policies and day-to-day operations.
