Qualifications

• 2 years or less of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and issues about product features, benefits, and availability; engage customers to understand needs and offer suitable options.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and safety; manage merchandise from sales floor and stockroom as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
