Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Allen, TX to bring the brand to life for every guest. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate customers on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our values.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolve guest concerns, and work with the team to achieve store goals while staying friendly, energetic and policy-driven.

Qualifications

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest.
• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Promote the AE/Aerie loyalty program and other brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests on the sales floor to help them find what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote loyalty program and brand channels to build brand loyalty.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues to get the job done.
