Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Hurst, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values while helping guests enjoy their visit.

• Past retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and suggest products.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations to fit their needs.
• Share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
