Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs with enthusiasm.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet store needs, while upholding brand integrity and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and building rapport.
• Able to explain product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Willing to promote loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer fitting room/stockroom assistance as needed.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom per store needs.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns in alignment with policy.
