American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Dallas to bring our brand to life in-store, create an amazing shopping experience, and represent our company values with your real self.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Ideal candidates are people-loving, energetic, available evenings/weekends/holidays, retail

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays)!
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before. #practicemakesperfect
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options to meet needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to support store goals and maintain a positive environment.
