Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, serve as the face of the brand, and build loyalty with guests while representing our values.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly, energetic service and sharing AE/Aerie product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while sticking to policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
