Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while working across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.

• Retail experience is helpful.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy to ensure a positive experience.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and comply with AEO’s policies and procedures.
