Coach seeks a Brand Ambassador in Oakbrook, SC to lead on the sales floor, elevate the customer experience, and embody Coach values. You will drive sales, support initiatives, and mentor team members to deliver cohesive results.

Responsibilities include leveraging data, upholding store standards, and collaborating with leadership to recruit, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining an inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on the sales floor.
• Flexibility to bend, reach, climb, and navigate the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
• Provides feedback to improve individual and team performance and enforces company policies.
