Coach, a flagship brand within the Tapestry family, is seeking a Lead Supervisor in Arvin, CA to drive sales and elevate the customer experience on the shop floor. Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing a retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with stockroom tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to hit sales targets.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operation.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and performance feedback for team members.
• Provide HR support and conflict resolution within the store and district if needed.
• Mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
