Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as required on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating team performance.
• Customer-focused with ability to mentor on clienteling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and develop store team through feedback, training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and drive action to improve KPIs.
