Job summary

Superior Water & Air is seeking energetic Lead Generator/Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside retail partner locations. The role focuses on discovering customer needs, educating on solutions, and generating high-quality leads that drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will engage customers, build relationships, and travel between locations as needed, with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, lead generation, promotions, hospitality, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Understanding of KPIs and proven experience of exceeding goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to work independently while achieving performance goals.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and move throughout retail locations for extended periods.
• Ability to travel between assigned retail locations as needed.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
