Superior Water & Air is seeking energetic, motivated Lead Generator/Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside retail partner locations. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and educate on solutions to generate qualified leads for our sales and service teams.

Success is measured by creating memorable customer experiences, communicating benefits, and inspiring customers to take next steps toward a healthier home. Training and performance-based incentives are part of the role.

Formación

• Experience in retail, customer service, lead generation, promotions, hospitality, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Understanding of KPIs and proven experience of exceeding goals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities
• Ability to work independently while achieving performance goals
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to stand and move throughout retail locations for extended periods
• Ability to travel between assigned retail locations as needed
• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing
