Superior Water & Air is seeking energetic Lead Generator/Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside retail partner locations. You will generate leads and connect customers with solutions that improve home comfort, health, water quality, and energy efficiency.

Your success is measured by your ability to create memorable customer experiences, uncover needs, and inspire customers to take the next step toward a healthier home.

Qualifications

• Experience with KPI tracking and exceeding goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Willingness to travel between assigned retail locations.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand inside retail partner locations and generate qualified leads.
• Educate customers on solutions that improve home comfort, health, safety, and water quality.
• Generate high-quality leads for the sales and service teams.
