Superior Water & Air is seeking a dynamic Lead Generator/Brand Ambassador to represent our brand inside retail partner locations in Utah. You will engage customers, uncover needs, educate on solutions, and generate high-quality leads for our sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, lead generation, promotions or sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of KPIs and proven experience of exceeding goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to travel between assigned retail locations as needed.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Represent Superior Water & Air inside retail partner locations.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales and service teams.
• Educate customers on home comfort, water quality, and energy efficiency solutions.
