Superior Water & Air is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand inside retail partner locations. You will engage customers, uncover needs, educate them on home comfort and water quality solutions, and generate high-quality leads for our sales and service teams.

Your success is measured by creating memorable customer experiences, driving interest, and directing customers toward the next steps, while earning performance-based incentives and enjoying strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, lead generation, or promotions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in-store.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Willing to complete pre-employment background screening.
