Job summary

Coach Stores Limited is seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, drive sales, and deliver a premier customer experience. You will embody Coach values, lead store initiatives, and support the business’s growth through customer-centric strategies.

Responsibilities include mentoring the team, analyzing sales data, recruiting and training, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds periodically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the store.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose actions to improve store performance.
• Recruiting, interviewing and training of team members as needed.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and store procedures.
