Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to energize our store experience. You’ll engage guests with a friendly, brand-forward approach, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to learn AE/Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Represent the brand with authenticity and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support team efforts and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
