Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to energize the store environment and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent the brand, build loyalty with guests, and bring your authentic self to work daily.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed to help customers find perfect fits.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle fast-paced environment.
• You are energetic, friendly and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• You enjoy retail and are passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
