Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Katy, TX to bring the in-store brand experience to life. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and build brand loyalty with a friendly, real approach.

In this role, you’ll learn the AE Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and help drive loyalty program participation while moving across Salesfloor, stockroom, and fitting rooms. Become part of a fast-growing lifestyle brand that values real connections.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
