Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Orlando to bring the AE experience to life. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and build brand loyalty while representing our values with your real self.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, keeping guests engaged and helping them find exactly what they want. Prior retail experience and a flexible schedule are a plus.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store to get the job done.
