Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Brandon, FL to bring our brand to life in-store.

You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing the REAL values of the brand. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed and must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Uphold AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
