Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and sharing our values with every guest.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, resolving issues with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a 'friends first' mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• You share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork! Support your team to get the job done.
• You've got integrity! Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
