American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Rosemont, IL.

You will bring the AE experience to life for every guest, helping them find products and building brand loyalty with your authentic, energetic approach. You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
