Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Springfield, IL to bring the brand to life in-store.

You will help guests find exactly what they want, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fittings and stock areas. Ideal candidates are energetic, love AE products, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and policies.
