Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador for the Panama City Beach, FL store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience, educating guests on AE & Aerie products, and promoting the loyalty program.

Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom is required, with a focus on customer service and brand integrity. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, have prior retail experience, and are available for evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and deliver a positive guest experience.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they’re seeking.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following store policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done and support store objectives.
