Job summary

Panama City Beach, FL, United States is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate on product details, and showcase the loyalty program while flexing across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a friendly attitude.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of AE and Aerie products beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE&Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move seamlessly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
