Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Springfield, IL to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. The role requires energy, strong communication, and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage with guests to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
