Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience to every guest.

You will be the face of the company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty while representing our values with authenticity. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, and promote the loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure amazing guest experiences.
