Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while upholding our values and delivering exceptional service. You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork to help guests feel great about their day and their choice to shop

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
• Must represent AE/Aerie values.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Explain and enroll guests in the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
