Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must annually pass a DOT-regulated medical exam.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device.
• Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers and act as a brand ambassador for Kroger's Seamless Experience.
• Drive company vehicle safely according to Kroger's driving standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery and keep orders in good condition; resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain customer communication while en route with delivery updates.
• Accurately record deliveries and assist fellow drivers when needed.
• Keep products within correct temperature guidelines and record temperatures as required.
• Perform pre-inspections of the vehicle and report defects.
• Operate mapping and customer interaction devices provided by the company.
