Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide guests with an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, share product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs while working across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Must be at least 16 years old and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. You will enjoy energy, teamwork, and a passion for AE & Aerie products, with opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products and educating guests on details.
• Willing to recruit loyalty program members and promote brand channels.
• Flexible to work in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, upbeat approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policy while keeping guests happy.
• Support the team to achieve store goals and maintain a collaborative environment.
