Urban Outfitters in Edison, NJ is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life with personal style and authentic connections. You’ll greet customers, share excitement for drops, and help create a space that feels fun, inclusive, and true to the UO vibe.

You'll stay in the know about trends, assist on the sales floor, restock displays, and use in-store tech to support shoppers choosing how to shop—in-store, online, or a blend of both. Flexible scheduling encouraged.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity.
• A people-first mindset, you enjoy meeting and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: stay in-the-know on product drops, trends, in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: maintain an inspiring, organized space; restock and styling displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop: in-store, online, or hybrid.
