Urban Outfitters in New Haven, CT is seeking Brand Ambassadors to help bring the UO experience to life through authentic interactions and style. You’ll stay current on drops and trends, then share excitement with customers across the floor.

Employing a people-first mindset, you’ll engage shoppers, assist with styling and merchandising, and use in-store tech to support shopping in-store or online. Flexibility with scheduling is valued and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying informed on product drops and trends.
• Create energy on the salesfloor with authentic conversations.
• Make shopping seamless through restocking and styling displays.
