Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life with real connections and a passion for pop culture. You will engage customers, share product drops, and help create a memorable in-store experience that reflects the UO vibe.

You’ll stay curious, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed, collaborating with teammates to keep displays fresh and the shopping journey seamless across in-store and online touchpoints.

• Assist customers in-store and via digital channels as needed.
• Support team with ideas and energy to keep the store positive.
