Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO store to life through personal style, real connections, and a love for pop culture.

You’ll create an authentic, fun experience for customers, both in-store and online, with a focus on personal expression and trend awareness. You’ll engage shoppers with genuine conversations, help maintain an inspiring, organized space, and use in-store tech to support multi-channel shopping.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset; enjoy meeting and helping others.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
