Job summary

Alexander Wang is seeking a Keyholder to act as a brand ambassador in our New Jersey retail locations. This role handles all selling components during client interactions and helps develop a loyal client base through personalized service and data capture.

You will open/close, support stock and visual standards, meet sales objectives, and coordinate with store management and corporate partners to train staff and share updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of keyholder experience.
• 2-3 years of sales or customer service.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Knowledgeable on trends and adept with styling.
• Genuine curiosity to build long term relationships with clients.
• Excellent storyteller.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily opening and closing with POS and cash drawer closings.
• Serve as role model to Store Support Associates and maintain professional environment.
• Manage client experience expectations to meet brand goals.
• Learn and adhere to operational processes.
• Maintain high energy from greeting customers to styling and data capture for return clients.
• Stay informed on new arrivals, best sellers, and fit information to advise clients.
• Support stock receiving and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist with visual floor moves and standards.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives and drive YoY growth.
• Coordinate training and updates with corporate partners and store management.
• Accurately collect customer data at POS in compliance with local/state guidelines.
