Job summary

Alexander Wang is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead client interactions in our Costa Mesa retail location. The role centers on delivering a superb client experience, executing selling tasks, and supporting store operations under the Store Manager.

You will act as brand ambassador, build a loyal client base, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with team to meet monthly sales objectives. Prior supervisory or sales experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 1–3 years in sales or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Second language proficiency is a plus (Mandarin, Spanish, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of trends and styling.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily opening and closing responsibilities including POS tasks and cash handling.
• Serve as a role model, upholding professional standards and client experience.
• Manage client expectations and meet brand sales goals.
• Learn and adhere to operational processes.
• Maintain energy from greeting customers to data collection for returns clients.
• Maintain product knowledge on arrivals, bestsellers and fit information.
• Support stock receiving and visual standards as needed.
• Collaborate with team and assist in training and store communications.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives and growth YoY.
• Collect customer data at POS in compliance with guidelines.
