Job summary

Florence, SC—AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience. You will represent the company values, engage guests with enthusiasm, and promote AE & Aerie products while building loyalty.

You should be a people person, energetic, and able to flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience is preferred and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment providing guest-facing service.
• Ability to engage customers and educate them on product details.
• Demonstrates integrity and adheres to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
