Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Norfolk, VA. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an engaging shopping experience, educating guests on AE and Aerie products, and driving loyalty program participation. You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and the stockroom while embodying our values.

We offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evenings, weekends and holiday shifts. The role requires at least 18 years old and a passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
