Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a retail associate to provide personalized customer service, assist with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs, and uphold store standards.

You will help meet or exceed sales and engagement goals, maintain floor presentation, and support operations including opening/closing duties. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends is required to adapt to peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
