Main Event in Greensboro is hiring a Brand Ambassador to welcome guests, answer questions, and guide them to activities. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations while maintaining a high-energy, friendly environment.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork and offers opportunities for growth within a fun, inclusive venue. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, contributing to a memorable guest experience and

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests while being a FUN ambassador.
• Answering Guest’s questions on various activities and directions.
• Manage guest experience by communicating wait times for games, food, and activities.
• Escort Guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance.
• Thank guests and welcome them back.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
