Job summary

Prestige Consumer Healthcare is seeking a dedicated customer service specialist to respond to consumer and professional inquiries about Fleet and Prestige Brand products. You will handle adverse events, product inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and timely follow-up.

You will maintain a strong knowledge base, enter case data accurately into our systems, and liaise with medical professionals globally to ensure compliant issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge gained through a degree in health, science or communication/marketing.
• Minimum five years of working experience in related roles.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to consumers and health care professionals.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints about the company’s products.
• Be a Brand Advocate and maintain product knowledge across global brands.
• Enter case data into the relevant database with accuracy.
• Liaise with medical professionals and consumers about product inquiries and adverse events.
• Maintain professional communications by voice and writing.
