Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage with communities in Birmingham, promote the zTrip brand, and develop meaningful relationships with local businesses and organizations. The role focuses on increasing awareness and usage of our transportation services through events, outreach, and partnerships.

You will represent the brand with enthusiasm, attend community gatherings, and collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand promotion, community outreach, customer engagement, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with diverse groups of people.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to represent the company with enthusiasm and integrity.
• Comfortable attending community events and engaging with the public.
• Experience with social media platforms and event promotion is a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the zTrip brand within the community.
• Build awareness of zTrip's services through direct community engagement and outreach.
• Attend local events, networking functions, trade shows, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, community leaders, and influencers.
• Promote the benefits and convenience of zTrip transportation services to prospective customers and partners.
• Represent zTrip in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner at all times.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and community participation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach to introduce zTrip's services and generate interest within the community.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for community partners and prospective customers.
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve awareness and service opportunities.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items at events and community functions.
• Support grand openings, sponsorships, and community programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute outreach strategies.
• Capture insights and feedback from community interactions to inform future campaigns.
