Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor for the South Bay market. Based in Cupertino, CA, the part-time role focuses on building relationships with stores and brands to drive productivity and sales.

You will participate in education programs and support multiple beauty retailer locations within the market. The position requires at least 2 years in beauty brand/retailer roles, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in beauty brand or beauty retailer.
• Strong selling and education background in beauty retail.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Proven communication skills for in-store environments.
• Professional conduct in-store and a demonstrated team-player.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Familiarity with technology: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps.

Brand Advisor - South Bay

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 / hour

Description

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

This position covers the South Bay market. Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within this market area.

Key Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
